Do you have a physical store?

No, we are currently an online only store. We are here for you 24/7! 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale. To apply, please scroll to the very bottom of our main website page and click on the Wholesale link to submit an application. Our team will review your request and follow up if approved.

Are your items real leather?

Yes. Every single one of our products is made with genuine cowhide and real leather. We never use faux or imitation materials. Due to the natural characteristics of cowhide, no two pieces are exactly alike, making each item truly one of a kind.

Why does my item look different from the photo?

Because we use authentic cowhide and leather, natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are expected. These variations are not defects — they are what make each piece unique and special.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide store credit for approved returns in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 36 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

How do I start a return or exchange?

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

Are all sales final?

Certain items are final sale, including jewelry, hair accessories, and marked final sale items. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you offer custom orders?

At this time, we do not offer custom orders. Our collections are carefully curated and released as available.
