Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on order size and inventory availability.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Boho Ranch is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Boho Ranch is not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to us due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bohoranchboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging or items (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Wholesale Shipping

  • Wholesale shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination.

  • Wholesale orders may ship separately depending on inventory availability.

  • Estimated delivery times for wholesale orders may differ from retail orders.
