We want you to love your Boho Ranch Shop purchase. We understand that sometimes things happen, and we are happy to help whenever possible. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 36 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds & Store Credit


At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer store credit so you can find something you truly love. Once an approved return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item, minus the original shipping cost paid to send the order to you.

 

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Returns must be approved prior to being sent back
  • Items must be shipped back within 3 days of approval
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Please include your customer name and order number inside the return package

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items do not qualify for returns or exchanges of any kind:

  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories of any type
  • Final sale items

 

Return Condition Standards
All approved return items must meet the following standards:

  • Free of cigarette smoke, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant, or any odors
  • Free of stains, damage, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your tracking number
  • We do not notify customers when return packages arrive at our warehouse
  • Boho Ranch Shop is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages

 

Important Notes

  • Due to the natural variations of genuine cowhide and leather, no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in color, pattern, and texture are not considered defects.
  • Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.
